On December 22, 2025, I spoke at the WordPress Automation & AI Workshop: Chattogram 2025, organized by the Bit Apps team at the Theatre Institute, Chattogram. It was a special event for me because it was also my first time speaking at an event.

My topic was “AI Workflow Automation Inside WordPress.” Instead of only talking about automation concepts, I wanted to show how they work in real situations. So I used Bit Flows to build workflows live in front of the audience and explain what was happening at each step.

Three Automation Workflows I Built Live

I demonstrated three use cases that people could immediately connect with because each one solves a familiar WordPress problem:

  • Automatic blog publishing with AI, where AI helps generate content and the workflow handles the publishing process.
  • Generating WooCommerce coupons based on order total, showing how store actions can be automated using conditions.
  • Sending new WooCommerce order details to Google Sheets and WhatsApp, so order information can move automatically to tools a team already uses.

The best part was not simply completing the demos. It was seeing people connect the workflows with problems from their own work. After the session, I received many questions about what else could be automated, how complex workflows could become, and where AI fits into the process.

I enjoyed that interaction more than anything else. Answering questions pushed me to explain the logic behind the workflows, not just the steps used to build them.

Seeing the Interest in AI Automation Up Close

The workshop brought together freelancers, developers, agency owners, business owners, marketers, and other local IT professionals. The energy in the room made it clear that people were no longer only curious about AI. They were actively looking for practical ways to use it in their work.

That was encouraging for me. I work with WordPress, SaaS products, content, and automation, and I have spent a lot of time building workflows for practical tasks. Being able to share that experience live gave me a different perspective on how people understand automation and where they still need guidance.

Learning From the Other Sessions Too

The workshop also gave attendees a wider view of WordPress automation. Tanvir Chowdhury, CMO of Bit Apps, showed how to start with simpler WordPress automation using Bit Integrations. Shaikh Khoaiz, Senior Developer at Bit Apps, demonstrated social media automation with Bit Social. The sessions worked well together because attendees could see different levels and types of WordPress automation in one event.

The event also included a panel discussion with Abdul Kaioum, Founder of Bit Apps, Abul Kashem, Founder of Prayogik, SEO Strategist Abdul Aouwal, and Istiak Rayhan, Founder of DotCamp. Hearing experienced people discuss technology, business, SEO, products, and the direction of the industry added another useful layer to the day.

Why This Event Was Important for Me

I had attended events before, but standing in front of an audience and demonstrating something I work with every day felt different. It gave me more confidence to explain technical ideas in a simple way and showed me how valuable real use cases are when teaching automation.

The workshop also reinforced something I already believed: automation becomes much easier to understand when people can see a real problem, watch the workflow being built, and immediately imagine how the same idea could help their own business or project.

For me, the WordPress Automation & AI Workshop: Chattogram 2025 was more than a successful Bit Apps event. It was the first time I moved from working with automation behind the screen to sharing that knowledge from the stage. That made the experience memorable and gave me even more confidence to keep exploring AI, workflows, and practical WordPress automation.
